Aberdeen Jetty, Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

2. Our Services
FindAFerry provides an online booking system for ferry tickets operating between:
- Port Blair → Ross Island
- Port Blair → North Bay Island (via Ross Island)
We collaborate with authorized, government-approved, and experienced ferry operators who have been serving travelers for over 20 years. FindAFerry itself does not operate ferries but acts as a booking intermediary connecting users with licensed ferry service providers.
3. Booking & Payment
- All ferry ticket bookings are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
- Once the booking is successfully completed, customers receive a confirmation email along with a PDF e-ticket.
- Please ensure that all personal and contact details entered during the booking process are accurate to avoid any communication or ticket delivery issues.
4. Ticket Confirmation
All bookings made through FindAFerry.com are confirmed instantly based on real-time availability. In rare cases of technical errors or operator-side issues, FindAFerry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings and will notify customers promptly via email or phone.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand travel plans can change. Our flexible refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before departure: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before departure: 80% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or disasters: 80% refund
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Liability Disclaimer
FindAFerry acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for any delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or accidents caused by ferry operators or external factors (e.g., weather, mechanical issues, or government regulations).
While we ensure that all our partners maintain safety standards and operational reliability, passengers are advised to follow all safety instructions issued by ferry operators.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete details during the booking process.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrive at the boarding point on time.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and route specified.
- FindAFerry reserves the right to cancel bookings that violate our policies or misuse the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of FindAFerry.com and protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands (Port Blair) courts.
